Balgownie Market Update 1 November 2019

Hi guys, it’s Sarah Ward here with your weekly Balgownie update.

There’s been some really good movement in Balgownie this week. So it’s fantastic to see those sales coming through.

We are in that busy time where our people are securing properties for the new years so all these families look like they have now secured their home for 2020. As for what sold, number 21 Ian Bruce Cresent, that one has sold for $795,000 it originally had a guide of 750 so these guys did do a little better than that. 13 Blanchard Cresent also sold this week that was a five-bedroom home and it sold for $1,089,777 So a little bit of an odd number there.

Number 5 The Parkway has now sold for $850,000 and number 1 Balmoral Street has sold for $715,000 so four sales in total taking place this week. So what else is under all offer, there are two properties under offer at the moment number 1 Tucker Avenue is under offer once again and number 2 Ward Place just close by that one is also under offer. New properties coming onto the market this week, just the one new one. That one’s at number 45 Sherwood Drive, it’s a five-bedroom home, and it’s on the market with the price guide of 1,075,000 to $1,180,000. So we’ll keep an eye on that one for you.

Super excited about the weekend coming up we have at one agency awards taking place in Sydney on Sunday night. Now, this is Australia and New Zealand wide so I’m a finalist for two categories this year. I’m a finalist for Sales Executive of the Year or Sales Consultant of the Year. I’m a finalist for Sales Consultant of the Year and also a finalist in the Excellence in Rural Sales Category. So super excited, can’t wait to attend that event with the team. We then have got Melbourne Cup day coming up on Tuesday, my birthdays on Melbourne Cup so I’m really excited to be heading to the track at Kembla Grange. It’s a great day for networking. We get to see so many people on this day and I’m really looking forward to that. I hope you guys are also looking forward to a fantastic weekend and I’ll talk to you soon.

I’ve also got a new property on the market this week it’s close by in Mount Ousley. It’s number 10/2A Jobson Avenue. Now it’s a two-bedroom villa. It’s a fantastic little downsize for somebody who loves out 2519 area and is looking for something single level and low maintenance to look into. So please come and see me on the weekend there.
