There has been no properties sold this week in Balgownie and I haven’t seen anything come through as under offer, however there are 2 new homes on the market.
The first one is at 17 The Park Way, that is a 5 bedroom home on the market for $850,000 to $900,000.
The second one is at 11 Blanchard Crescent, that one is a 4 bedroom home, and it’s on the market for $980,000 to $1.010m, so just a short price range on that one.

If you are looking for something to do on Sunday afternoon, the Balgownie Hotel has their fathers day family fun day.
