Hi, guys, it’s Sarah Ward here with your weekly Balgownie update.
There has been quite a lot take place this week we are getting into a busy time. February’s nearly here it is a time when you see lots of new property coming onto the market. Everyone’s getting back into routine. Kids back at school so a little bit of normality happening out there. As what’s new on the market, number 22 The Parkway in Balgownie has come on to the market this week. That’s a four-bedroom home and it’s going to auction there’s no price guide on that one at the moment. There’s been one price change in Balgownie that was at 22 New Mount Pleasant Road. That one was contact agent. It is now on the market for $985,000. I have now signed a contract with my buyers on number 14 Howson Place in Balgownie. That one I’m really pleased to say is going to another local family that we’re rooted before, another Balgownie Junior Football Club family as well. So that’s really fantastic. We are on a cooling off period on that one and should be all finalized by early next week.
Nothing else sold. There’s been no other property sold in Balgownie this week. I have also just listed a property in Balgownie yesterday. That’s a three-bedroom home sitting quite close to the village. That will be on the market within the next couple of weeks.
