HI guys its Sarah Ward here with your weekly Balgownie update.
I’m coming to you today from the Ray’s Cafe in Mount Ousley. We are enjoying some lunch with Carley and I, sitting down getting some work done and getting this Balgownie update sorted out for you.
Now there has been a little bit of activity this week in Balgownie, there was one new property that has come onto the market, it is #41 Brokers Road, now thats a 3 bedroom home but there is no price on that one at this stage.
As for what’s sold, there are 2 sales that have taken place this week in Balgownie. The first one is at #15 Hudson Avenue, it was a 4 bedroom and it sold for $849,000. The other one was a property 5 Ryan Street, and that was a really big block, over 1400 square meters there, I can see that one being another development site, maybe some more townhouses popping up. It did sell for $935,000, So a great result there.
I’m really excited this weekend, I am the MC at the Edmond Rice Gala dinner. This is my 3rd year of being the MC for that event, It always is a fantastic night, really look forward to catching up with everyone there, I’ve got a big table, there are 20 of us this year, attending just within my group. So super excited for that. I’ll let you know how it goes next week.
